Caring Transitions of Charleston

I find this organization is the most unethical and unprofessional. They cleared out my parents' house and only netted $75 for the entire house. They were so busy removing things from the house that they did not see the storage building in the backyard that included a large riding lawn mower and a whole house generator until the day of the sale. They sold it's contents and allowed the storage building to be pulled out of the backyard. They were told that I wanted to purchase a particular item out of the house. They sold it to someone else anyway. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!

I am so grateful to everyone at Caring Transitions for going above and beyond to make the hard task of moving my parents into assisted living as easy on us as possible. Working with the team from Caring Transitions, managed for us by Heidi, has been a totally positive experience in every aspect. I have been recommending them to my friends who have a move in their near future. Their professionalism, responsiveness and concerned (very "caring"!) management of our auction and multi-stage move made it all virtually stress-free and actually enjoyable.
