This was the most pleasant experience ever buying a vehicle. We went to their website and saw several vehicles available they are family owned business with several locations. We went to the North Charleston SC. The staff is great!!! They had a vehicle that fit my son's needs and within our price range. They thoroughly explained the options available and pricing. We requested a few upgrades, which they were more than happy to accommodate. They do not do their own financing but are partnered with a local bank, which happened to be my bank. Application was quick and easy, and by the end of the day, we had an approval. I can not stress how amazing the staff is here, no pressure sales, and they genuinely care about their customers. I just can't say enough good things about these folks. If you need a conversion van for medical needs, this is the place to go. We were fortunate they had a van that met our needs in stock, but they have several locations with many vehicles in stock, both new and used. If I could give 10 stars I would amazing experience.

Had a problem with my sons wheelchair bolt that goes into the easy lock. Ilderton told me to bring it out today got in there. Chris and Tom took it within 15 minutes. It was done fixed at no charge. Just great service by these two young men I do appreciate my family appreciate it, I would highly recommend them. Weve used them in the past for a lot of different things theyre always on point.

Was given bad rental information and being forced to pay for days... manager said he'd pay for one of those days for "inconvenience". The person I spoke to before that said since I don't have it records that I don't have any proof of the information I was Given they wouldn't honor it. In short i already can't get out of the house so I rent a vehicle to do so and on the day of pick up I'm forced to pay for 3 days instead of one.
