CAUTION! CAUTION! CAUTION! Be prepared to do more work than Kippley Group has ever fathomed doing, just to get a simple tax return done...that is, if it gets done at all. I STRONGLY encourage you to do business elsewhere...unless you're prepared for a battle, and have a full stock of headache medicine on hand. Take this advice, and choose ANYWHERE else. The gold star attached to this is dedicated to some kiddo out there who learned to ride a bike this summer...keep it up, you earned it! It's not for this business.

I used kippley group in 2019 for my personal income taxes. 3 years later I have not received my taxes and kippley group has not resolved the situation. I have called and emailed them 7 times in the past 2 weeks and have not had anyone call me back or get in contact with me. They told me everything was resolved in 2019 but the IRS still shows no return submitted. Now they are very nice people unfortunately with my experience I would not recommend them due to the difficulty getting ahold of them and their lack of follow up.

My husband has used them for 2 years now to do his taxes and they always did them right away and when I tried to go to them. I ended up needing an extension, first I have probably called them 7 times before the extension to see if they had anyone working on them and it was always the same excuse of oh we will get back to you on that and I would wait a week or two to see if they would call back and they never would. So I turned to emailing them and I finally got someone to start them and she told me they would be done by the first week of August and now with September around they still have yet to be completed. And I have yet to hear from them again. I do not recommend this place to do your taxes unless you go in person otherwise they could careless about doing them for you.
