I rent from AIM and I moved in 4 months ago, from day 1 I notified them that my bedroom heat isn't working and as of yet no one has come to fix it. AIM nor their tenants have no consideration that they're people who live under others. This is the place to play the I don't speak English card. When I first saw the place it was great but when you move in its something different. I complained of upstairs neighbor's that Aim did nothing about stating that I were the only one complaining, they don't speak English however I found out that others before me complained of the same people and I caught them speaking english & Spanish. AIM sided with them when I made the complaints asking me to move to another apartment as if they are paying for all my expenses. I would never recommend them to anyone. I'm thinking of moving to Sioux Falls when my year is up to finish school. I hope there's no AIM in Sioux Falls, it doesn't matter I won't be moving into another apartment with this company.
