Tony and his office are on top of things! They helped me through the whole process which was really easy! I just can't say enough to how grateful I am! I had been fighting appeal after appeal after appeal by myself and I was getting nowhere. Tony got us with the judge and she was extremely nice and helpful and could tell right away she had already made her decision but of course she still had to go and read through my records. Tony called me and said we should hear her decision within the next 2 to 3 weeks well then he called the next day and said guess what the Judge said you have fully favorable decision. 2 months later I find out my payments would be starting on the 1st. So that should give you an idea of how vast their knowledge of the system is. And when social security office sees Ficek Law they mean business. A huge thank you to Tony, his Father as well as the paralegal ladies that all work there! I'm just sorry that I don't remember everybody's name to thank them individually.

I'm so very grateful for this firm. I finally got ssi. The thing is you can be in constant communication calls or texts. I love the text aspect after all we are in bad shape if we need help. So texting they immediately respond an help you with whatever you need. I'd give them a full 10 if it would let me. Also you actually speak to an attorney when you start your case. I came from California an kept applying. 4 different attorneys an never spoke to anyone but paralegals. I absolutely would recommend them. An am eternally grateful.

Result's: This attorney is by far in touch, well informed I've dealt with. I can say this because I've had a few in my life. Attorney A. Ficeck is "available", approachable, yet being the attorney he is rums on his first name ( ask first). His mannerisms are : when he's got an update or pertinent information you'll hear from him and yes " totally out of the blue ". Otherwise enjoy the ride as a client. There are updates securely given to one that he or Kelsey will set up. An office that is extremely efficient run by Kelsey that would have most firms jealous. At my end of witt's I was irritated, frustrated and wanting answer's, who was there for me not the next day within a couple hours Kelsey then an extraordinary voice mail de-escalating me ( I smile ) runnin the process down for me. result I achieved my purpose with Endpositive results by the patient, cool knowledgeable Attorney, Mr. A.
