I highly recommend Halversens! Super fast and very knowledgeable and also very reasonable. He has worked on my truck twice. I was in a tight pinch of a schedule to have the bedside replaced on my truck at another location on the same week my fuel pump went out. He got me in quickly and had it fixed in a very timely manner so that I could get it over to its other repair shop. Thank you Halversens! I will most certainly recommend you Jordan S.

While camping/vacationing in Hill City, SD our Lincoln Navigator went into "limp mode", with engine light on. We "limped" to Rapid City early next AM to dealership who refused to see us without appt, next available appt was in 3 weeks, offered no options! Found Halvorsen on Google search...through some divine intervention! Mike was awesome...went out of his way to fit us in same day, found the problem (throttle actuator), replaced it same day. Additionally he recommended local car rental when every national car rental had no vehicles. Shout out to local mechanic who was empathetic, fairly priced and very skilled! Service: Engine repair

Made an appointment to have my brake light checked and e brake tightened, appointment at 7:30am. This being my only car and me from out of state (I explained, needed to get in and out, which is why I made the appointment) Got there there was no waiting room, very dirty, disorganized, messy garage, already cars on the rack at opening. I Should of left then but was in need. Walked some distance to a TacoJohns to wait it out was told 2 hours, max wait. Waited 7 HOURS!!!! Was called to come pick up. Walked back. Was told bring cash I didnt. Was told they did a brake job, Id just had a brake job a month ago, my concern was the E brake, not brakes. I was sure brakes werent the issue. When I got my vehicle the Brake light was still on and I was told not to use the emergency brake. Which is why I brought it in !!! Charged me $450.00 for not repairing my Jeep. And wouldnt give me the keys until I paid for the work that wasnt done. Dont know if this is how things work in South Dakota, but where I come from we call this S T E E L I N G.
