Had a terrible experience with another auto mech in Rapid City who was trying to diagnose an over heating issue with my vehicle, finally had enough with them and brought it to McKie. Ryan was a huge help in keeping me notified on what steps they were taking to diagnose and the tech who is working on it took his time to look over everything the other shop had messed up. Would highly recommend their service department. Thank you Ryan for your help!

McKie does their best to make our vehicles their priority! We never feel like they up sale us on needed parts or device! They give us our best options and then let us make the decision! Love that about them!

Based on the attitudes and service on our company vehicles, I would NEVER buy a vehicle at this location and wish we had an alternative to getting our fleet vehicles repaired. The transmissions on the Transit Connects are garbage and the service dept could care less. Several vans have had 2 to 3 months stays for repair. Service: Transmission
