EVOLVE Strength & Nutrition Coaching

Evolve is an amazing program to get into. The coaches are all nice and are really good at making sure you are getting the most efficient work out in. Highly recommend joining if you want to better yourself.

My first session was today and being a fat boy I believe this place is astonishing. I don't feel ashamed because I'm fat because I'm there making a difference. And this cult seems like a great group of people who treat you like family. The coaches/trainers go out of their way to introduce themselves, and you feel like you have a sense of belonging, and It's honestly so far it's been an outstanding atmosphere and the time you are in the gym it does not feel like the time given The giant plus is all you have to do is show up. Brianne is easy to talk to and get along with, and Dominik shows he cares,It's not like a facade. Johnny was easy to talk to, and I sense that he's running a great business, or I guess some call a cult, him and his wife Bethany are doing great. If you are on the fence and want to someone to hold you accountable, and you want to make a change, this is the best place around not a question

My wife and I have attended classes for the last 6 months. I can't begin to describe how much better we look and feel. We have both been to trainers before, but never got the personal attention and accountability we have at Evolve. The staff are all incredibly nice people, that genuinely care about your experience. The nutrition tracking and check-ins are another great thing about this place. If you're looking for a positive change in your lifestyle, I HIGHLY recommend Evolve.

UPDATE: Sincs i cannot reply to the comment left.. I was offered a 250 and 500 a week program this month when i went in. First slide in the slides how was 500 a WEEK. Next slide was 250 a week. So, saying you do not offer that is false unless you are unaware of what your ppl offer which is what it seems. I will not remove my review as nowhere does it say anything about it being private until u go in and getstopped att the door. YOUR site says gym that offers training... not private gym. I recommend going to The Weight Room and get actual training instead from a certified trainer that doesn't charge 250 or 500 a week... That is all This is NOT an open gym. Training is $130-$500 A WEEK. The only way you can join is if you hire a trainer, which I am ok with. What I wasn't ok with was I don't need or want a nutritionist, but you have to have one and pay for it. I do not nor need to count macros, but u have to. I feel for 3 hours a day they need to open this to anyone... us normal people that don't make a lot can benefit from a nice gym too. I wish I could have attended this gym, but I am a 100% disabled veteran, and I can not afford it. If it was an open gym, even for a few hours, I would join, and if I could ONLY get training and not pay for the nutritionist as well, I would have signed up. So beware, this is NOT AN OPEN GYM. Still searching for a gym since mine closed.
