I love working with Tanner and his team. They have helped many of my clients qualify for a home loan. Tanner is always extremely responsive throughout the process and thorough with borrowers files. Hes also very educational: he has a wealth of knowledge about the world of lending and he shares it effectively to the average person, which means someone can actually understand their financial situation and what their best options are for moving toward home ownership. I especially appreciate his creativity in finding solutions: if a clients profile or circumstances arent typical, hes willing to do a little extra research to find a way forward. Tanner has also given me some great ideas I can use to improve my own business as a real estate agent. I look forward to working with him on many more deals!
