The lending agent (Jake Killinger) and realtor (McKenzie Hennessey) were outstanding throughout this whole process. Both of them kept me abreast of all issues related to buying my house in Nisland, South Dakota. They provided me all documents for signature in an expedient manner. They were both present during my closing at Black Hills Title ensuring that I understood every document that I was signing. Out of the 3 homes my husband and I have purchased, this was by far the smoothest transaction. Melissa Everhart was amazing to work with. She was there every step of the way and answered any questions we had. She was very knowledgeable with the VA loan process and financial things that relate to a new build.
