        You do not have to be in pain and you can still benefit. I broke my arm, almost one and a half years ago and recovered a lot of range of motion with the physical therap I did after the break. However, working with Elevate Performance Physical Therapy increased my range of motion another 25 in six weeks of treatments. The staff was helpful and friendly and very concerned about my health. I am beyond thrilled with the increased range of motion and the increased strength I got through this great program.
