My shingle roofing was done to my satisfaction. The metal roofing and siding that his sub did was ok and Im being nice. In the roof there were screws I dont believe should have been installed. I have done a few. And the metal siding Im not happy with, one of my doors now will not stay shut so Ill fix that. Plus the young crew doing the work left cigarette butts and missed the wood while installing screws. They threw a pallet on a junk pile of items to burn, Im not opposed to burning it but its a nice one. They should have asked first. A light on the outside was removed to install new metal siding and it was not installed by the young crew. Doors were ordered with two people looking at them, and the wrong doors (2)were ordered. So I had to wait for the correct ones to arrive.Then one of the two people installed doors on metal building, and the door still does not stay closed. They only replaced the door not the frames. So Ive never had any issues with either door since it was built in 2003. Until the metal siding was replaced. I had the building secured and left town, they were able to get in the building by using the door that wont stay closed while I was gone is my only guess. I informed Jason I wasnt happy but I will pay him off, which I did. But not even any follow-up to discover what my concerns were.
