Every time I come to Rapid, I make sure I visit Bohme. This time was alright, but not great. Upon checking out, my son's gf bought the jeans buy one get one free sale. There was a mishap, the jeans she had were not on sale, they had been misplaced. No big deal it happens, so she got another pair similar from the same table she had found the misplaced jeans. Again, the jeans kept ringing up not on sale. We had to wait while the sales associate went to check and she was confused because they were on the table.She then had to go to the back and retrieve the paperwork stating they were, this all took some time. Finally she showed us they were on sale and she wasn't sure why they were not ringing up on sale. She then explained it just doesn't allow her to override this glitch but found she could adjust another way. No big deal, we understood. We made our purchase and left. The next day we noticed when my son's gf went to put the jeans on, the sales associate did not remove the plastic theft tag. This warranted another trip back to the mall, which is not close to where they live. No big deal, but it is the fact we had to drive back to the mall, one year old in tow, to do this. Upon entering the store, the sales associate we had was not there, which was fine. The sale associate working stated there is no returns and store credit is only allowed...? Surprising I shop this store online and am able to return items if they don't work out? My son's gf explained she was only there to get the theft tag off her jeans that they did not remove from the day prior when she purchased them. So all this is NOT a huge deal, but just some awareness. The sales associates are always nice and go out of their way, but little things matter like theft tags being removed, updated systems for sale items and store employees knowledge on returns...

Around 11am Wednesday March 24th I can't remember the name of the gal working but AMAZING. She was so wonderful and fun and beyond helpful. I haven't had customer service that incredible and genuine in years! It's so rare these days. She is a gem. Thank you! - Jill
