I give this a 5+ rating! I'm absolutely in love with my apartment! It was very clean and smelled very fresh when I moved in this past Thursday! The neighbors are very friendly and welcoming! Also love how the packages are taken to the office and than you get a notification from the office letting you know they received your package. Very trusting! Also love the fact it has an in unit washer and dryer as well as a dish washer. Another thing I like is having central air! The appliances are very nice! Also love the flooring! The apartment feels very homey! Another thing I love is how safe I feel here already! Love how strict the policy is in order to get in, makes you feel like you're in a more stable safe environment!

Started out great but made the mistake of loosing my key/left at a friends after a few nights out. Completely my fault but management made it perfectly clear that they now have personal issues with me. Not very professional from management to say that it is a personal issue when it should strictly be treated as management to customer. I take claim for my mistakes but they have been extremely rude on all occasions dealing with them since, making it very uncomfortable when going to pay rent/request maintenance. Awesome place to live until you do something they don't like, they will make it known that they don't like you at all management levels. I hope this doesn't continue as I've resorted to only pay rent online as to not have any snarky attitude from dropping checks off.

This apartment complex is full of amenities, has a wonderful staff, and maintenance requests are handled very quickly. I love the underground parking and access to all the pools!

Excellent maintenance staff. Fast, efficient, and friendly. When I was having problems with my dishwasher after just moving in. I called with a problem. They were here within 24 hours to look at it. Very professional. When the problem couldn't be solved with normal wear and tear maintenance a new dishwasher was order and installed. Within a few days the new dishwasher was installed and things were running smoothly. Bravo to the maintenance staff!!
