      image Worst Alamo I have ever had after 15 years renting with Alamo.. they gave me a car with a keyless ignition.. but the FOB battery was almost dead.. they told me to go to a hardware store and replace it myself, upon returning car, I was charged $300 USD cleaning fee.. the manager has not returned calls.. will dispute charge through my credit card company. Super dissapointed

      image The agent who provided the vehicle to me was extremely rude He through pieces of paper at the counter and expected me to pick them up He even through the keys and told me the cars outside It was a VERY bad experience But since your Review Gating which is illegal according to the FTC I would say that the bad service from Alamo is coming from the top down
