Working with Hartung Homes was a wonderful experience ! If you want someone who listens to your wants and needs , knows how to stay with in a budget , keeps you up to date on the financial and construction end , will always return your phone calls and answer any question along the way Hartung Homes is a top notch company . We felt like everyone we worked with was hand picked and masters at their craft . When we talked to our mortgage broker about using Hartung Homes for the building process they were happy and said we were in great hands , they were right ! We absolutely love our home and we dont have one complaint ( which I hear is rare ). This was our first time to build and I feel blessed that we had Hartung Homes. Truly the best of the best !

After researching many builders and homes, we decided on Shane as our builder for the absolute beauty and flow that is consistent with all of his houses. We were not disappointed! His attention to detail is second to none, and he makes sure that nothing but the highest quality materials are used in his homes. He is on-site daily to ensure that everything is going according to plan and to resolve any issues that may pop up. Even long after the building process is done, Shane is incredibly efficient at taking care of any questions we may have. You won't find a more honest or hard-working guy out there! We love our Hartung Home!

We would recommend to anyone building a new home to hire Hartung Homes. Shane is the best in the business to work with. He listened to the vision we had for our new home and delivered. It felt like a true partnership. Shane has built many homes, yet he would openly listen to our ideas and suggestions and then give us his professional advise. Anytime we had a question or concern all we had to do was to send him a text and it was rare if we didn't hear right back. We appreciated Shane's organization and desire to do things the right way. He also kept track of every dime being spent so there would be no surprises. Here is one example of his service and dedication to his craft. After construction was complete, we had a unique problem with our hot water (long story), which took forever to solve. It was not an issue Shane had to help us with. But he spent countless hours trying to help us find the root of the problem. Most, if not all other builders would have told us that it is not their problem to solve and they would be correct. But not Shane, he said we need to figure it out and we finally did! We feel that there is not a better home contractor than Shane and Hartung Homes. We started our journey on building our first ever custom home by attending the Parade of Homes over a three year period. During the span of those three years, we continued to be drawn to homes that were constructed by Hartung Homes. Shane's attention to detail and quality are simply amazing! Fast forward to our initial meeting with Shane, it was very low pressure as he walked us through the build process. I had heard horror stories going into this like "If your marriage can survive building a home, it can survive anything." To be honest, we never once felt pressured and felt comfortable throughout the entire build process. Shane makes the entire process super easy with his recommendations and we enjoyed, yes, I said enjoyed the entire process of working with him. I have recommended him several times to others who were getting ready to build and will continue to at every opportunity. You owe it to yourself to at least give him a call!
