Chauncey at the Dillard's in Souix falls was an amazing help. He knows how to make you look extravagant, while looking awfully dapper himself. He went the extra mile to present to me suit etiquette.

Was in yesterday, looking for a pair of more stylish dress pants that were tighter than slim fit and tapered at the bottom. Not sure what his name is but the in-house tailor came out of his section to take me over to the pants I was looking for and proceed to try to tell me what I wanted. We ran into an employee that was actually working the section we were in but the tailor refused to let the other employee take over even though we were much more comfortable with the second employee. While having a conversation with the second employee, the tailor was standing over at the register with an irritated look on his face then said cmon guys I got a line of people waiting over there. Also when the other employee offered to take over the trailer replied dude are you drunk? Very rude, was going to buy a shirt and shoes as well, only left with the pants and actually contemplated putting them back in spite of the hours it took to find what I was looking for. If any HR person is reading this, something needs to be done about that tailor, it seems like Im not the first person hes been rude to and when Im spending good money on clothes, thats the last thing that is acceptable from a store employee.

Ariel in the fragrance section was PHENOMENAL. She assisted with perfumes and took her time to help me find a section I was looking for in another department. She was so kind and polite. Gary in the mens suit department was equally incredible! He was extremely patient as we switched my husbands ensemble up several times. He was extremely patient and so pleasant to work with. Both Gary and Ariel are representing Dillards well! Top notch customer service!

I am so happy a real department store is in Sioux Falls! It is NOT high prices because you get what you pay for. All big cities have Bloomingdales, Nordstroms and a Neiman Marcus. Dillards is a more affordable version, pleaseeeeee do not put this store out of business with a small minded small town way of thinking!!! It is perfect !!!! Please stay Dillards !!!!!! Sioux Falls has nothing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
