Dollar Tree

Purdue avenue Dollar Tree in Sioux Falls is clean and organized but has the WORST customer service!!! We walked by 2 employees and was right next to them while they were stocking, and neither one even said hello, and they didn't when we entered store either. Also, a guy named Ryan was overly frustrated about things that still needed done, and he kept looking angry and hateful and was complaining to another woman employee about everything, right in front of us, as if that's alright! Don't go here to shop unless you want to see all these things going on No friendly faces here!

I ordered Ballons online for my daughters 13th birthday. It came up that I could have them delivered. The lady from instacart did everything great!!! However the store didnt. They only filled one of the Ballons that were ordered. They said they dont fill the other Ballons. That would have been nice to know before I placed the order. I call to speak to a manager and was asked to call back. They were too busy to speak to me. Nothing online to say the Ballons would not be filled. So here I sit with Ballons that are not filled and out the money for them. I had told the guy I felt it was poor customer service and he said oh ok good bye. Will not use them again.
