I can tell you their worksites make terrible neighbors. Their excavation subcontractor was so incompetent he cut the fiber for internet and took out internet for the whole street. 2nd day of the outage, which is great for those of us who work at home. Midco is having to replace the whole line. The excavators also tore up my neighbors grass when it rolled onto their property. The subcontractor was incredibly rude as well when we talked to him. Called APlus since its their project and they didnt answer and cant be bothered to call back.

Unfortunately our experience with A-Plus Construction was not great. They made us believe their low cost to build was due to their low overhead. In reality, its because they use the cheapest subs, and its visible all throughout our home. We were hoping to build our dream home, and instead the horrible experience has lead to tainted feelings about our home and the subpar subcontractors were horrible to work with. One guy literally emptied garbage from his truck (which included glass) into our driveway and buried it (my husband was there doing the tile work, and the guy didnt know he was the homeowner). Brad was impossible to get ahold of and extremely unresponsive. We felt like they didnt care about us at all. When it came down to final numbers, they threw stuff on the bottom line that I just gave up fighting on because I wanted it over. Your signed contract price? Yeah, thatll get adjusted to actual, so if they underbid (whether it was on purpose to get your business or on accident because they guessed wrong), thatll be on you. One family told me they were hit with $100k extra when working with A-Plus. I would not recommend them unless youre going to choose the subcontractors and watch your numbers like a hawk. Our house is livable and probably wont blow over. But I will never recommend them to anyone, ever.

A plus was good to work with overall, if you're choosing things, this is definitely the builder for you. We love our finished product
