Pandora Jewelry

The staff seemed annoyed to help. We have been into this store 2 times in the month of January. The first time, I had a bracelet to return and purchased another. The second visit, my daughter purchased a ring. The 2 visits were similar in nature. The men working were unwelcoming and not friendly. They seemed irritated by our presence. I am very disappointed in the customer service that we received. In the future, my daughters and I will order our Pandora online or go to other stores. We gave them a chance to change our minds. They did not redeem themselves.

If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. I went to this Sioux Falls store on Saturday, March 16th at 3pm. The man working the counter was extremely rude and not at all helpful. I had received a Pandora bracelet from my children for Christmas, it was too big. We live out of town and when I stumbled upon this store a few weeks earlier, I was excited to bring my bracelet in, on our next visit to Sioux Falls. Im new to Pandora and was looking for some advice from the Experts on what to do. So Saturday, I brought it in. I was not expecting to return it, unless it was offered. I was prepared to buy a smaller size and wanted to add some charms. However, when I showed the Pandora associate my bracelet (in the box), he said, I cant help you. I repeated his response and he said again he could not help me because there was a 30 day exchange policy. First off, I was not asking for an exchange. I said, Is there anything we can do? He said, No! I was so mad, I just left. I walked through the mall and noticed Riddles Jewelry, who had a Pandora display. I walked to the counter and was greeted by their associate, Tabitha. I told her what I had just experienced at the Pandora store and she was so apologetic for them, when honestly she didnt need to be. I explained to her what was going on and she helped me pick out a smaller bracelet and helped me pick out some adorable charms. She also got a $250 plus sale, just for being helpful and nice. Do yourself a favor and avoid the Pandora store and go to Riddles, where they appreciate their customers and want to help.

Stopped in for a gift for my a wife and found something for my sister too. Alexa was our sales person once I explained the Mickey Mouse bracelet would make my sister cry Alexa went the extra mile with me. Thanks Alexa for the incredible customer service. This is something you dont see anymore and its obviously you we raised by good parents.
