Donald came to the door, and explained everything to me! He was very pleasant and thorough! It was nice to actually see someone in action! I'm usually at work! But poor guy, an awful windy day to work in! Thanks so much, Donald!

Today I did call Tru Green and renew for summer 2024 but hope what they do has changed abit cause what I saw last summer was not professional at all. The guy comes thinking no one is around, now granted I have a very small lawn but I watch as his interest in my lawn is not there as he smokes a cigarette and throws the butt on my lawn, doesnt even take 10 minutes of time to do the application and acts like hes gonna fall over putting back the equipment on his truck! Most of the employees that came to do the applications over last summer did not spend over 15 minutes zooming around FAST and makes me wonder what they really do put on my lawn? This will be the last year if I dont see improvement. Donna Day Beck

If I could give a lower score than 1 star I would. I hire them for a spring and fall applications which started in the fall of one year (2022)and was to end in the spring of the next year (2023). After watching the applicators apply the treatments I decided to cancel the service after the spring application. Unfortunately that next fall they kept sending me notifications of another scheduled application. I had to call them back several times saying that I cancelled the service in the spring and if they come out it will be a free application as I will not pay them. Then they called me January of 2024 saying I they had me scheduled for my spring application in April. I called them back again and told them I already cancelled the service last year and if they come out I would not pay them. Now today, 4/1/24 I get a voice message on my phone they again have me scheduled for an application on 4/2/24. I called back one last time. I asked the person who answered if the phone call was recorded. He said yes. He confirmed to me they have another application scheduled for my yard tomorrow. I made It very clear to him that I had already cancelled the service several times before. I also said I was glad the call was recorded as I would not be paying for any unauthorized applications and if they come out it would be considered a free service. It was terrible service for the applications they previously provided. If you use this Company, you need to watch them very closely when they are applying the applications, because unless something has changed, it was terrible. In addition, it has been the worst with regard to trying to cancelling the service. I do not want anything to do with this company again. I would not use this company even if they offered an application for free. Very questionable and fraudulent practices.
