Hy-Vee Fast & Fresh

Worked Hy-Vee 11 years. They Put Class Act on unless your working behind the scenes 1. Poor Management 2. Night Manager Always Late-Never Actually held accountable other employees get written up/Fired 3. Underage always selling tabacoo/alcohol/cigs-Law enforcement was contacted did say it is illegal for them to allow underage to sell/management contacted but blew it off 4. Store Usually dirty as well as bathrooms 5. Food is hit miss on over cooked, Pizza only thing really ever wasn't 6. When Corporate Headquarters was coming you were always told keep quiet or would be written up/suspended 7. Coffee is not made every hour like said on a timer which isn't always monitored 8. Outside trash was never usually taken out on time like supposed too 9. Cleaning is very poor subject as it is not done like it supposed to be 10. Good luck if you work here you'll find out the hardcore truth of Hy-Vee they are not what they seem and I could write whole 5 page essay on this gas station or the main store in general would not recommend Hy-Vee as a place to work/shop overall Headquarters needs get a grip on this store and actually fix the issues and get rid of the management it has or it will never change or get better Hy-Vee used to be great place to work when I started over time it got worse and worse like I said class act at this location in gas station and main store. Thanks just being honest and truth

I stopped in on my way home from work and was yawning like crazy. The cashier offered me a free coffee if I needed because it was so close to closing time. It was a very wonderful gesture! Five star customer service!
