        Chipotle coniseur here. I have been a strict Chipotle customer and have avoided qdoba after a bad experience. Though I am convinced that this restaurant has great potential to be in my personal arsenal of fast food staples. Great food and the value is much better than Chipotles. Though I still prefer Chipotle taste.

        We got an email about a deal that was a buy one get one free entre and we had planned to come here for dinner for over a week because of that deal. We placed an order and it was to be ready at 6:15 PM. It is currently 7:10 PM and we still do not have any food. Customers came in and left with their food through the line faster than placing this online order. Why send out emails for these kinds of deals if you do not have the staff nor ability to accommodate these types of promos? I will never plan to utilize something like this ever again because it was just a money grab from this restaurant. Waiting over an hour for fast food when the order shouldve been ready to go when we walked through the door is absolutely ridiculous. This entire experience made me never want to be a QDOBA customer again.
