For this reason, I would NEVER recommend any client to work with Dave Kelly. He could be making false and untrustworthy statements about anyone else. I would NOT recommend working with Dave Kelly in any professional manner.

        Dave at Fairway Mortgage has been great to work with. He was extremely responsive when we had questions and walked us through all aspects of the mortgage process. He worked closely with our realtor to provide cost estimates for homes we were considering and he helped us monitor the market to secure the best mortgage rate. Dave is personable and made us feel welcome as new Sioux Falls residents. Everyone in the office, Shelly was great and efficient in helping us process our application and communicating the status of the loan, made everything with our mortgage go smoothly. Cant recommend highly enough!
