        I went to 2 other lenders, neither of them could get me approved. Then I went to Chase. He was able to look at my situation and find out why I wasnt getting approved. He put in the time and found a way for us to overcome that obstacle. He was also able to cut my cash to bring to close in half. I am very impressed with Chase and will recommend him to all my friends and family.
