        They make it so easy to get a unit online. Management are so kind and are willing to help. I highly recommend this facility.

        Front gate propped open multiple times. Road access to storage cutoff with only a drainage ditch as access. No ability to trailer. On site staff could not give a schedule of expected blockage/access.

        I am in the process of moving and had a u-haul rented so I could get my things from storage. Upon arrival I was unable to get in as the driveway was under construction. There was no communication from Five Star to warn us of this closure so I am now out a days rental costs and a day of loading.

        The gate have issues time to time my code didnt work they need to find a faster response to getting back to customers my code didnt work and for some reason I wasnt in data base I been there for awhile before five star took over

      We apologize for the inconvenience as we continue to make improvements to the property. We sent out an email notice on 8/28 to make current tenants aware, but we understand that it still causes a disruption in the ability to access your unit. We hope to have the main entrance concrete completed by the end of the month and that the updates we are making will benefit you and all of our customers in the future. We do still have access from the alley available so that you can reach your belongings.
