      image This is a satellite location they have to come to unload from a different location the phone number shown on the placard to call to get unloaded was not working when I called it several times said it cannot be connected

      image This location does not have any elevators! It was so difficult for me to get my items from my vehicle up into the second story of this building. It was quite expensive to rent just a really small space. I was confused about why I had to enter my security code on two different keypads in the building in order to access my storage unit. There wasn't really anyone on site from U-Haul, so I had to drive down the street frequently to go to their main office. That was a hassle.
