Called with clogged kitchen sink, person answering phone very nice, came out within 2 hours, took ~15 minutes for tech to unclog\did good job. charged me minimum service call fee of $159.

I contacted this office to see if they assisted in unfreezing water pipes. Office lady said yes. Sent someone out and I even told one of the workers my water line started in the back of the house. He continued to take the skirting off the front of my mobile home. Later asked about what my issues were and I explained again it was my water line. The tech got pissed off bc they don't do water lines and ended up destroying my skirting. All bent up and not replaced properly. One of the workers even apologized for his coworkers behavior and frustration, he was very polite but the other one, not so much!!
