        This is for customer service for online: don't bother there is no point on contacting customer service they just send a auto message never answering you. So I don't understand why theyneed my phone number and email they don't care they will never get back to you. So shop in store, staff is amazing and every help great customer service

        Went on Thursday March 14 and 1 of the 2 girls kept following us stayed close to us felt like if she thought we were gonna shoplift?Tried a few clothes in dressing room and she was there.Went to pay she followed us to register but waited till the other worker to check us out.While she just stood there.Felt really uncomfortable.Not going there again.

        I love our Torrid store in the mall, but they never seem to have my size on hand when I need something right away. I think they should have more of those true plus sizes above a 24/26 in store.
