The guy that dives the truck past my house is great!! I sometimes put my trash cans out late after he has gone past the first time, then when he goes past again he will drag them across the street and empty them! Amazing service. Im always very impressed :)

Have been trying to speak to a rep for months They only call if you are 10 minutes late on a payment. Goodluck trying to talk to anyone about anything at any time. Just speak to a robot I swear big companies make it a goal to just never have 2 way communication with their CUSTOMERS. The one time I got a human they were rude.

I'm genuinely sorry for the frustration you've experienced trying to reach us and the unacceptable service you received the one time you did manage to talk to a human. If you call our office during business hours (7:30 am - 5 pm, you will be able to speak with someone in our office. When it first answers it sounds automated but then it transfers you to one of our Customer Service Reps.
