This place is great! VERY helpful staff. Alphonso is the best! Diligent, helpful, great follow up, friendly, concerned about his customers. Ive worked with 3 staff members and each has been top shelf. Will continue to shop here and highly recommend him and them to you without reservation

I was at the T-Mobile store at Hamilton Place tonight and the service was BEYOND horrible. I called the customer care number this morning to switch my personal account to a business, to which they told me I needed to go into the store to complete. They loaded promotions onto my account, so that I could just walk in and walk out with a new phone and changed plan.
I came in tonight and spent nearly TWO HOURS in the store going back and forth with them. One associate named Jonathan said that he didnt know how to switch accounts. The assistant store manager tried to be helpful but ended up saying that she would have to cut the cost of my trade in in half and that she couldnt honor the other promotions available.
We ended up calling customer care while I was still in the store, and they kept trying to edge me out the door. They said that everything could be done on the phone and that it wasnt necessary for me to do it there.
I waited anyways because it didnt sound right. Fast forward to me trying to switch my account, and when I asked them if I could go ahead and purchase the phone with them, the employee Jonathan conveniently had left with the keys to the inventory room so they didnt want to wait on him to come back.
At this point in time, almost two hours had passed, so the store was about to close. They pushed me to leave saying that I could finish the account transfer and ordering my phone online since they were about to close and wanted to go home. Brittany, another associate, was loudly complaining about wanting to go home and needing to leave.
While I understand wanting to get out of work on time, I DID do my due diligence and come in with plenty of time, and it was the associates and their incompetence that kept me there that long.
After being pushed out so that they could close, the woman from customer care notified me 10 minutes later that the process could not be completed without being in the store, something that she assured me the store would have know.
I have been a customer for TEN YEARS and this is enough for me to leave and join another company. This was the absolute WORST customer service that Ive ever encountered. They were about to gain a newer, more expensive account from a loyal customer and a new expensive phone sale.

Very misleading, poor customer service, uncaring, and no remorse for our time wasted (5 hours) because of their poor system and organization.
Our fault, as a 22 year customer was a problem on 7 year old phone.800 support wasted 3 hours,, they are bad bad bad. I went to store to buy new phone ... What a mistake..
More time wasted, all I got was sorry ... A simple gesture showing sincere regret would have been nice. The employees disappeared, the manager was nice, but didn't resolve my problem.
Go to Best buy, they treated us well, answered our questions, and salvaged us as t mobile customer, and sold us a new phone.
Go to Best buy ... They are a better choice !!
