Tim Arrowood - Preferred Rate

The team at Arrowood is very friendly, until you choose another mortgage lender. Tim sent my wife an unnecessary and very snarky text after I told them we decided to go with another lender. They have very expensive origination fees, actually the highest, by far, that we encountered. We found a better interest rate, saved thousands on closing compared to Arrowood and got a company that offered a free refi when rates drop. Definitely don't settle here, shop around.

Tim Arrowood was very professional and knowledgeable about our home loan. We went through freedom mortgage for our primary home and freedom mortgage was really difficult to work with.
