        Our experience with Autumn Care was extremely poor. During such an emotional and stressful time we felt taken advantage of and cheated. None of the information we were given verbally matched up with the paperwork received. When we attempted to cancel prior to the assessment our deposit was cashed and we were told there was no refund available, even though they admitted the information we received was incorrect. Our attempts to reach the owners have been met with total silence. Please dont make the same mistakes we did in trusting Autumn Care.
