Mr. Otten is professional, courteous, very knowledgeable, and refreshingly pragmatic. Many lawyers seem to want to get the hour of billing and talk theoretically about all possibilities and vamp on the potential eventualities. David does none of this. He took care of my LLC filing very quickly and handled every detail with care-- he had everything finished and filed two and a half weeks before my target date!

we are very thankful for Atty. David Otten on his efforts in solving our case quickly. we consulted to a lot of law firms/ lawyers for the past few years but they're constantly lacking on something. Unlike Atty. Otten, He was very understanding and really took the time to listen and to find answers that would help our situation. He's easy to talk to, communication is excellent, he is hands on unlike other firm/lawyers that always pass you to their people/assistants. I would not hesitate to use the Otten Law again if given the situation. Hands Down!
