2 hours, they could not do it and told me that I need to trade in my new iPhone 13 for one that has bigger storage even though I just bought additional iCloud storage.
Two members of the team were trying to work on this task but both threw their hands up in the air and could not help me in the end. I will never come to this Verizon location again. They are incompetent to help me switch from my old iPhone 8 to my new iPhone 13. I am back using my old iPhone 8. It was a disappointing experience.
