        WORST customer service or rather COMPLETE lack of customer service. I merely called ahead to ask some questions and the man that answered the phone was downright rude and arrogant BOTH times I called. It's obvious why he doesn't answer the phone with his first name. This type of person should NOT work in a position where they are in contact with the general public. I've been a Choice Hotels member for many years but from this experience and others lately they need work with these private owners to make sure they are meeting the brand standards or they will lose customers
