This was a lifesaver for us on our long trip across the country. The hotel was clean, and the area felt safe. The beds were comfortable. They have a nice breakfast in the morning. They do take dogs, which is great, but don't be surprised by the $75 charge. I have to give the biggest props to the staff. Everyone we came in contact with was so nice and accommodating. My cell phone wouldn't work and l needed to call moving company dispatcher. Rose at the front desk let me use her phone. That was so nice of her. I know she didn't have to do that, but it helped eliminate some of my stress. This was a great stay for us. Moving is always stressful, and things made things a little easier staying at this Fairfield location. Safety: Felt safe.

Can I give more than 5 stars? What a wonderful place! Clean as a pin, Wonderful location, and the Friendliest folks around! From the minute I walked in the door, I was greeted by Mr. Alijah, and treated like a V.I.P..I'm a professional traveler, and stay at a Marriot 4-5 times a week all over the U.S..I use the meeting space to conduct seminars..Mr. John came in early to make sure the room was exactly the way I needed it, had Coffee and water ready before the first guest arrived, and checked on me every 10 min. or so..5 star Service! Mrs. Lynne, the General Manager, even came in the room to check on us, and brought pens for all the guests! If you wanna experience good old Tennessee Hospitality, this location is a must!!! Can't say enough about my experience! PERFECT
