People like Angela make a great company. The 1st rep I talked to was not helpful at all. I was ready to go somewhere else..but Angela Young saved me from doing that. Now you have another homeowner and auto policy.

Its been a long time since I experienced a situation that was worth leaving a review for. I can tell you that my review is one that is credible, for multiple reasons which I wont go into great detail, but I can tell u that Because I have personally sat in the same exact seat as this Individual that I am speaking on. So with my knowledge & experience on what it takes to truly provide exemplary customer service, I can vouch 100% that, My representative Mr. Jeff Smith, not only provided excellent customer service, but he even went above and beyond from what I know is probably not in his job Description lol! He also made sure that he not only addressed all of my concerns, He.. - answered all my questions, - was empathetic to my situation. - handled everything in a timely fashion - provided prompt responses, and lastly - he truly 110% advocated for his customer!! Well done, Jeff, I am very hard to impress and you my friend definitely did that! so thank you!!!! thank you for being patient, understanding and efficient through this entire process. I cant thank you enough it feels good to know that my agent has my best interest and is really looking out.
