My representation at Mandy Hancock is far superior to anyone that I have encountered. I was previously using another firm who constantly kept dropping the ball. Not only did Mandy handle my divorce and custody case, she also handled my case for termination of my ex-husbands rights/adoption of my boys by my current husband. She and Clay made the process so smooth. Mandy will always be my go-to for anything legal as she as a high sense of urgency, has been in the legal field long enough to have a rapport with most attorneys in the area and she will fight hard for you. As I said in my review for my divorce, she did in 5 months what my previous attorney could not do in almost 3 years. Mandy and everyone at the firm will go above and beyond for you. I cannot recommend her enough.

This practice over charges severely. If you go in just to sign a paper and it takes 5 minutes it will cost you $31. She charges $300 an hour but exaggerates the time it takes to do tasks so our one child custody case without many issues has cost $10,000. The two lawyers who did same work for my case before this charged $3,500 for entire case. Just thought someone may want a heads up. I misunderstood the paperwork when I agreed on her cost. It made it sound like she came up with the $5,000 retainer fee I paid by calculating $300 per hour for her but she reassures you that is all needed for front end work. That was incorrect. The $5,000 retainer was gone after maybe 5 emails. In my experience with these cases you have to look over parenting plan and child support worksheet and do most behind work yourself anyways so its best to get cheapest attorney. I thought I needed the best and thought the price tag explained that but I was so wrong. You live and you learn. Take my advice and find a more reasonable price attorney.
