Was a client years ago and needed some advice from my former lawyer. Couldnt get past the receptionist. Very unprofessional. Went elsewhere and found a more welcoming reception. Five stars to the other guy.

I hired james owen as my defense attorney for some sort of heavy criminal charges that I did not do half of he represented me very well and listened to my case and to what I had to say about it. He went the whole nine yards and did lie detector tests and all. All in all he was amazing to work with. He really helped me out of the sticky situation I was in.

Mr. Owen helped with what seemed like an impossible situation: out of town truck driver with small company, clean driving record, and then hit with a pretty serious failure to move over ticket. It was bad timing - financially. I have a kid that's just starting to drive/plan college, wife was in between jobs, and my company wasn't going to help - not even provide a copy of camera footage (footage couldn't be retrieved from system). In fact, I could have lost my job, not to mention what this would have done to my insurance. Never mind how I was going to have to take time off work, drive back to TN and appear in court to try and fight a losing battle myself? I was hoping Mr. Owen could get this reduced (I wasn't very hopeful) but he got it dismissed completely! Well worth the money! Hoping I never need a traffic attorney again, but if I did I wish I could always use Mr. Owen. He doesn't hand hold, he just gets things done. Actions speak louder than words. And there's not enough thanks to express how much he helped me and my family with this. (Posted with wife's account)
