      Mr. Wolfe we are very sorry we could not accept your daughter’s case nearly two years ago now. It was strictly due to liability reasons, not because we did not want to.That said, while we understand you may still be grieving, and rightfully so, we returned phone calls and updated you every step of the way while we were involved. You retained a new lawyer who in fact filed your case, however it appears as though it was dismissed shortly thereafter. We strive for nothing but the best at this firm and work extremely hard for our clients. Again we are sorry we could not handle your case and wish you nothing but the best.
