We were looking to move from Utah to Tennessee, so we needed a realtor who could help us find our dream home and purchase it without us having to make multiple trips back and forth. Thanks to Patrick we needed only one trip to Tennessee to find the ideal home and just 35 days to close on it! Patrick was absolutely amazing and so helpful in my and my husbands search for a house. With any house we were interested in he did as much research as he could to ensure we knew everything we needed about the house. When he found one we loved he scheduled the viewing as soon as he could and answered any and all questions we had. As first time home buyers, Patrick took away so much of the stress and worry by always making sure we were well informed and knew exactly what was happening! I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy or sell and I would absolutely work with him again!
