For starters-the location is amazing. The community is extremely accessible and is in the heart of midtown. I love being able to take the elevator down to the first floor and walk to Cameo for drinks with my friends on the weekends, never have to worry about spending money on an uber! They also have Bikes for residents to rent for FREE. The gym has everything i need including a smith machine and stair master and since the Citizen has been under new management the last few months, the living experience has gotten even better. I love going in the leasing office bc the staff is so kind. They were so helpful and patient with setting up the new online portal. Julia, Brittany, and Zack are always cheerful and willing to help in any way they can. They are great about keeping the residents in the loop and just overall just really pleasant. I don't have too many maintenance problems but when I do, they are resolved quickly. Truly love this community. If you are looking for a place to live in midtown, move here!

Brittany is wonderful! The community is beautiful and I am so impressed with this midtown gem. The location is perfect with Cameo connected to the building and Flame Ramen right across the street! Plus you can't beat being a couple minutes from Cooper-Young and Overton Square!
