First time trying to rent from them have been time wasting. The lady at the front desk gave me the run around and didn't want to accept my application. They never answer when calling the office. Wait an entire month for them to send me a letter saying they missing paperwork! Don't waist your time!

These apartments are bad , they don’t come and fixed things . They mangers always have bad attitudes . Rent go up every month 50 dollars more. They don’t communicate with people’s .I find a snake in my back yard and the man that work for Ashland lakes didn’t help.

Beautiful and I mean beautiful property. Sadly the property is income based. You can not make more than $30,060 to be considered and you have to make twice the rent. I've spoken with representatives about providing up to date information upfront to potential renters.

This has been the most horrible experience at an apartment complex ever. Like all the other reviewers I too had to wait months to get approved going back and forth numerous times. But I have been targeted. And the only reason why I can think of is Bc I’m different. I’m not the typical resident there. Why else would I keep getting scrutinized. Every time I turn around they sending me letters threatening me. This last time was about a car parked that had their sticker on it! And they still trying to tow it. I pay my rent on time went single month so there is no reason for this! Except for the fact I’m different. Do not apply here. Do not live here. I have never been targeted before in my life until here. Horrible horrible horrible!
