Stayed there for close to a year, the office staff were super positive and friendly and professional. The manager Alexis was also great at answering questions or informing me about lease questions I may have had. Maintenance was probably the best Ive experienced on any apartment complex Ive lived at, I only had to leave as I had a job offer I could not pass up on. It was quiet on my front as Memphis has a reputation for break ins or possible burglaries but I havent experienced any of that. I tend to believe it can happen anywhere you live and if you dont bring trouble home it generally doesnt follow you. Great property in Memphis for anyone who is looking.

I lived here for two years and had a great experience. The staff is very helpful and maintenance is quick to respond to any issues. I only moved for a job relocation, and I would recommend these apartments to anyone. Thank you Billy and Bridget for making my move out process easy!

Services are definitely on point I recommend anybody to apply for this complex. Protection is granted making you feel very comfort seeing Sheriff's protroling the area live it!!!!
