        Never have a fleet of vehicles available even after making reservations. Customer service is Horrible especially at the Brooks Rd. location in Memphis, Tn. They do not call and communicate that there are no vehicles available. Everyone doesn't want a van. Corporate is no help because they know about the lack of vehicles and horrible customer service.
