They had a car for me, which I could NOT say about my last Enterprise experience, who had no car for me although I had reserved it. The staff was pleasant and helpful

We recently hired an SUV from this location to travel to New Orleans. I'm sorry that I can't remember the name of the counter staff however I can say he was very nice, efficient and our car was ready, filled up and clean. We knew nothing of the local area and had a long drive ahead so wanted to fill up on breakfast before setting off, he gave us a name and directions of a tried and tested place not too far away and was very informative about the local area. We will be travelling to Memphis again next year and I'd have no issues whatsoever about using this location again. Thank you, Gavin

Absolutely the worst rental place in Memphis! Representatives were extremely rude and disrespectful and lied to me about having a vehicle for me. I drove 90 miles to pick up the car only for them to tell me that they did not have any vehicles at all and I can be put on a waiting list. Talked to two different disrespectful individuals one was a male one was a female do not waste your time dealing with these clowns they will not take care of you or get you put in a vehicle whenever you need .

Avis is a great place to rent a vehicle from they accommodated up by upgrading our vehicle then they all gave us free days for the inclement weather
