I do not recommend this phone company to anyone. They will lie to you about their prices and once they have you locked in, your bill will be sky high and get even high even when your phone is off. They will cancel your service and report you to a collection agency. The phones are not all that for them to be doing that. . ' $, . & . . ' . Update: They are doing the same thing they did to me, to my sister now as well. ATT is the worst phone company service I've ever seen in my life. If I could go back in time, I would have stayed with Cricket. My sister cancelled her account but they charged her card without authorization from her. Charged her over $500. This is ridiculous. I'll praise the day we get away from this crazy company.

Michele was an awesome rep. I scheduled an appointment to avoid any wait time. She addressed my needs & made switching to AT&T, a painless experience. From what I witnessed, she should be placed in a management position ASAP!

There were enough staff in office to assist us customers as we came through the door. Given great info on the deals, my options, phone info and accessories. I love AT&T!!! Thank you for great service and friendly knowledgeable staff!! iPhone 15 Pro Max!!!! Awesome!!!
