We got a Uber order for this place and we could not find the place so we called the supposed business to ask where they were and she refused to tell us and refused to give us the order instead she wanted to deliver it because of the tip there was a 50$ tip and she wanted it that's why she wouldn't give the order but little did she realize that it's a digital tip and she is not going to receive it because it was in the Uber app lol do not go here the reviews say the flowers are wilted and brown and shipped in a box not vase there customer service is awful

THESE IDIOTS can't get a pencil.out the pencil sharpener DO NOT USE THEM if you value your persons feelings..... VALENTINES DAY RUINED to hell nc these dingbats screwed up. You should not be in business to.provide a service if you CANT.PROVIDE that service......NEVER AGAIN. I WISS I COULD GIVE THEM.A.NEGATIVE 10 STARS.......

Would give zero stars if I could. Dont waste your money. They upsell and then defend sending arrangements that differ and are smaller by saying they have a substitution policy so they can send as small of an arrangement as they want. Dont waste your money on premium because they reserve the right to tell you that the standard arrangement they deliver is actually premium when it clearly is not. Dont shop here or FTD

Delivered 3 days late and said they would give extra flowers but still really bad service and flowers. Never go here.
