Pugh's Flowers

Pugh's made the corsage and boutonniere for our sons Senior Prom. The corsage was made with tea roses and they did not look fresh. When I placed the order I was not told what type of roses they would use so I was very disappointed when I saw it. The cost was not equivalent to the look and it fell apart before the end of the night. I want a refund because I was not pleased at all.

Wife said the flowers weren't fresh and the delivery driver was rude. I've been buying flowers from Pugh's for years! What happened to the quality???

Lovely flowers marred by poor customer service during challenging circumstances. Despite pre-scheduling a delivery for my mother's birthday amid a snowstorm, the communication about cancellations was lacking. Initially told my parents could pick up the flowers by 3 PM, later informed they had to do so by 1 PM with 15 minute notice, causing inconvenience. Moreover, it took six days for them to contact me about the undelivered flowers. While I understand weather challenges, improved planning and communication, along with addressing the unfulfilled delivery, would enhance customer experience. Also did not receive my delivery fee back even though we had to pick them up.
